1.Can I use my card in the first transaction?
Of course, you can use your card from the moment of its registration, where you start accumulating points for each purchase you make.
2.Can I use a friend's card in my purchases?
The Happy Card is individual and should only be used by the person who has applied for the card.
3.What happens to my points or vouchers if my membership expires?
If your membership expires, the benefits and points in your account will automatically expire.
4.I decided to redeem my vouchers, but now I regret the action. Can I cancel the redemption?
The moment you use your coupons, we can not cancel this action.
5.Can I transfer my card to another person?
You can not give the card to a friend or relative. Also, you can not even exchange them. The card should only be used for individual purchases.
6.Where can I use my Happy card?
You have the opportunity to use the haPPy card, in all stores of our partner companies: Spar, Neptun, Jumbo, Max Optika, My Optika and Fashion Group Albania (Mango, Parfois, Geox, Women 'Secret, Okaidi, Prenatal, Cortefiel, Carpisa, Springfield, Aldo Shoes).
7.How can I find the closest shop to collect my points?

12.Will I be able to choose when do I want to redeem my vouchers?
You can decide which of the two reward levels you will choose. If you want you can choose to activate the first level 5000 Points, through Website, Mobile App or in one of the stores: Spar, Neptun, Jumbo,Fashion Group Albania Max Optika dhe My Optika. If not, you can continue accumulating points up to the second level 10,000 Points, in which your coupons become active automatically.
13.Why should you be part of the Happy card membership?
The card is designed to reward you with a variety of privileges. There will be dedicated offers and extra points just for you. You can control your points and coupons at any time on the Website page: www.happy.al. Also from the mobile application : haPPy Loyalty Program.
14.How can I earn extra points?
You earn extra points at the time of registration when you fill in all the required data. Also, on special dates like; birthday, you get extra points as well, in personalized campaigns according to clients needs.
15.What happens to my points if I return a product?
For each product returned, you will be deducted the points that you received from that purchase.
16.How can I see my profile?
You can open your account on the Website page with your mobile, or you can download the Happy Loyalty Program Application on your mobile device.
17.Does my card expire?
If you remain inactive for 5 years, your membership in the Happy Loyalty scheme expires. However, we will notify you in advance before the deactivation date.
18.How do I become a Happy member?
You can become part of the Happy Loyalty scheme and get your digital card, just show up at any store: Spar, Neptun, Jumbo, Max Optika, My Optika and Fashion Group Albania. You can also apply for a digital card through the Website: www.happy.al, through the haPPy Loyalty Program application and by calling customer service at: 044 80 3999.
19.How many points do I earn for my purchases?
• For every 100 All you spend = 5 Points in Spar, Jumbo, Max Optika, My Optika, Fashion Group (Mango, Parfois, Geox, Women’Secret, Okaidi, Prenatal, Cortefiel, Carpisa, Springfield, Aldo Shoes) • For every 100 All you spend = 2.5 Points on Neptun
20.What do I earn with the accumulated points?
With the points you accumulate from each purchase you make, you become part of two reward levels. First level 5000 Points second level 10,000 Points. Also, in the haPPy application you have the opportunity to buy coupons with offers in various businesses through a certain number of points.
21.Can I have more than one card?
You can only apply for one Happy card. The card must be registered with a contact number. Through which, you also use the card from your contact number, in addition to the card barcode.

23.When expire the point I have accumulated?
Points expire only if, within one year, you cannot convert the points into one of the reward level. The reduction of points is done in 1-year rotation for each purchase made. Example: The amount of points for purchases made on 24.01.2022 will expire after one year on 24.01.2023.
24.How can I delete account?
Users can initiate a data deletion request directly from the app via "Feedback" section, using: the in-app feedback form, email, or the official support phone number.
